Q: Is this really a lifetime guarantee?
Yes ... absolutely your plaque is
protected with a lifetime guarantee.
Q: Do you offer a printed catalog?
Not at this time.
Q: What methods of payment do you
accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard
logo.
Q: How much text can I put on my
plaque?
The name plate can contain 4 lines of 35 characters each.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
We use UPS and USPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. UPS
will not ship to a Post Office Box, we need a valid street
address to ensure proper delivery. There is an additional
$10 charge to ship to APO-FBO boxes. We can ship to our
friends in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for an additional
charge.
Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?
All plaques are insured against loss and damage during
shipping at no extra cost to you.
Q: Will I be charged for redelivery
of my order?
Charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to
incorrect delivery information by the customer.
Q: Is Internet shopping safe?
Yes. Authorize.net assures online visitors that credit card
account numbers and other confidential information cannot be
viewed, intercepted or altered.
Q: What if I make a mistake on my
order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible. Depending on the item,
we will send out a replacement engraving plate or replace
the item. Naturally, if we make the mistake there is no
charge... If the customer makes the mistake there will be a
charge.
Q: Can I change my order after
receiving confirmation?
All sales submitted online enter our system and are
sometimes processed immediately. Therefore, any changes may
be charged a fee for work done. Please confirm order
quantities and name plate information when ordering.
Cancelled orders may result in production time charges.
Q: What if an item is damaged or
defective, what is your policy?
We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival, if there is
any damage note it with the carrier immediately. If you
notice a defect notify us immediately. We will do everything
possible to correct the situation to your satisfaction.
Since our products are personalized they cannot be returned
except for the above reasons.
Q: What base color choices are
available?
Refer to our product page for selections. Think of where
you will hang the plaque and match the plaque color according to
the best image you are trying to convey as it compares to
the wall color.
Q: How long will it take before I receive
my little masterpiece?
Usually within 2 weeks.
